Townhome HOA Meetings

The Montecito Townhomes of Brevard Homeowners Association Inc. meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm in the Montecito Amenity Center.


Townhome HOA Dues

The Montecito Townhomes of Brevard Homeowners Association Inc. collects dues for each residence on the 1st day of each quarter in the amount of $225.00 for 2022. Payments should be made payable to Montecito Townhomes of Brevard HOA and paid online via Leland Management portal or mailed to:

In addition to your Townhome HOA dues, homeowners also pay an annual due for the Master HOA in the amount of $112 (for 2022) and additional assessments to the Montecito Community Development District via annual property tax collection for $2,425 per year (for 2022). For 2022, the monthly total for a townhome homeowner calculates out to $286.42 per month ($75/mo. for Townhome HOA, $9.34/mo. for Master HOA; and $202.08/mo. for CDD assessments).

Served twenty-two years in the Navy; first as an Opticalman repairing and maintaining Opto- Mechanical and Electro Optical instruments, secondly as a Naval Officer in the Engineering Steam Propulsion ?field as an Auxiliaries Officer, Electrical Officer and finally as the Occupational Safety and Health Officer of the Naval Submarine School. Then I moved to Satellite Beach and worked for DRS Technologies for ten years as their Radiation Safety Officer, Facility Safety Officer and Assembly Manager.  

Next, I accepted a job working for the Federal Government as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Production Controller, Engineering Services Division Branch Head, QA and Nuclear QA Lead Auditor, Trainer and Certifying Authority. All these roads ultimately lead me back to Satellite Beach and the Montecito Neighborhood.

Moved back to Florida and first time to Brevard County in March 2017 from Des Moines, Iowa. With Wells Fargo Bank since 1994, currently serving as a Business Support Manager supporting Consumer and Small Business Banking Group Business Process Management office. I work out of my home full-time.  

Also operates a web design, development and hosting company, Think Different Designs since 2008 with a focus on small mom-n-pop businesses and small non-profits.

Previously served as on the Board of Supervisors for Montecito Community Development District from 2017-2022.

Previous President for the Downtown Neighborhood Association of Des Moines for six years. I have also served on various non-profit boards over the years.

My wife and I moved here from Colorado in 2019 as full- time residents of Montecito. Currently a contracting officer with Patrick Space Force Base and have been working in this field for 13 years. Retired from the Air Force in 2008 after 20 years of service.

Previously served as treasurer for my church and responsible for the obligation of funds to contracts for the U.S. Air Force and Space Force.

Serving on this board provides a unique opportunity to help the residents of Montecito townhomes enjoy all it has to offer.

Originally from Havana, Cuba, Yary moved to the US at the age of 7, grew up between West New York, New Jersey and Miami, Florida. Recently moved to Montecito - Satellite Beach to be closer to family and for quality and healthy lifestyle with  fiancé Nelson Torres. They both felt that Montecito was the perfect place to “come home to” after living in Asheville, NC for the past 7 years. 

In the past Yary has worked in the administrative arena dealing with top level executives in several industries such as Real Estate Development, Property Management, Banking, Non-Profit, and governmental sector. Her education includes several certificates and diplomas from Campaign Management to Legal Secretary from Florida international University. Yary adores to entertain, event planning, cooking, helps her fiancé homebrew craft beer, loves to dance especially salsa and most importantly travel, where she feeds on different cultures and experiences.

Yary has a passion for philanthropy with a strong sense of community involvement, which serving her community and giving back are a big part of her life. Supports the United Way and is a Board Member of Walking to End Duchenne. Yary is looking forward to a very successful connection with the Montecito community as she now serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors for the Townhome Homeowners Association.

Hello Montecito Townhome Residents!  I am honored and excited to be a member of the newly formed HOA Townhome Board! I moved to this wonderful community from the Fort Lauderdale area in September of 2018. 

My background is in education and I am retired teacher with 41 years of experience. I have actively attended Montecito CDD meetings and I believe I will bring a conscientious and positive attitude to the board.

  • Served on the Montecito Community Development District (CDD) Board of Supervisors (April 2016 through September 2017)
  • Past president of LifeShare Transplant Donor Services of Oklahoma (November 2009 - November 2010; served on the Board of Directors from July 2001 - December 2011) 
  • Medical Director of the Kidney Transplant Program at Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Oklahoma (September 2010 - April 2015) 
  • Uniformed service: United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (July 1976 - June 1979) 

Motivation to serve on the MTB HOA: maintain the beauty of the community, help budget our financial resources wisely, foster communication between all three HOAs and the CDD and plan for the evolution of these three organizations in the future.

I have been in Brevard for 40 years. Have worked on Shuttle Program and Constellation program for Nasa for 18 years. I currently work from home as Senior Software Engineer and Scrum Master. Im enjoying our neighborhood and have been coordinating events within our community for 2 years now. We also have a turtle that we (Montecito folks)support through the Sea Turtle Conservancy. I have been involved with Club and School by fundraising, treasurer, manager, and President of boosters. 

I would like to represent the community to keep our neighborhood beautiful and hopefully add more activities, understand safety issues and overall concerns.
