Master HOA Meetings

The Montecito Master Community Association Inc. meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm in the Montecito Amenity Center.


Master HOA Dues

The Montecito Master Community Association Inc. collects dues for each residence on the 1st day of each year in the amount of $112.00 for 2022. Payments should be made payable to Montecito Master Community Association  and paid online via Leland Management portal or mailed to:

Please note, that in addition to your Master HOA dues, you will also have dues for either the Single Family HOA or Townhome HOA, as well as your additional assessments to the Montecito Community Development District via annual property tax collection for $2,425 per year (for 2022).

Moved back to Florida and first time to Brevard County in March 2017 from Des Moines, Iowa. With Wells Fargo Bank since 1994, currently serving as a Business Support Manager supporting Consumer and Small Business Banking Group Business Process Management office. I work out of my home full-time.  

Also operates a web design, development and hosting company, Think Different Designs since 2008 with a focus on small mom-n-pop businesses and small non-profits.

Currently serve as on the Board of Supervisors for Montecito Community Development District since 2017. Serving as Chair since November 2019.  

Previous President for the Downtown Neighborhood Association of Des Moines for six years. I have also served on various non-profit boards over the years.

Served twenty-two years in the Navy; first as an Opticalman repairing and maintaining Opto- Mechanical and Electro Optical instruments, secondly as a Naval Officer in the Engineering Steam Propulsion ?field as an Auxiliaries Officer, Electrical Officer and finally as the Occupational Safety and Health Officer of the Naval Submarine School. Then I moved to Satellite Beach and worked for DRS Technologies for ten years as their Radiation Safety Officer, Facility Safety Officer and Assembly Manager.  

Next, I accepted a job working for the Federal Government as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Production Controller, Engineering Services Division Branch Head, QA and Nuclear QA Lead Auditor, Trainer and Certifying Authority. All these roads ultimately lead me back to Satellite Beach and the Montecito Neighborhood.

Hello Montecito Townhome Residents!  I am honored and excited to be a member of the newly formed HOA Townhome Board! I moved to this wonderful community from the Fort Lauderdale area in September of 2018. 

My background is in education and I am retired teacher with 41 years of experience. I have actively attended Montecito CDD meetings and I believe I will bring a conscientious and positive attitude to the board.
